Refund policy

If you receive a damaged item or an item you didn’t order, we’re here to help. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your package to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with packaging and tags intact.

To start a return, email us at siargaoloka@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the item. Approved returns may be exchanged, refunded, or issued store credit depending on stock availability.

Sale items and used products are not eligible for return.
